1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Tyche — whether through WhatsApp, our mobile app, or any other interface — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What Tyche Is
Tyche is a platform that connects buyers, sellers, and community members through WhatsApp and a mobile app. It monitors listings and deal sources, matches them to user wishlists, and sends notifications when a match is found. Tyche is a matching intermediary — we do not sell goods ourselves or guarantee any transaction.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Post listings for illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited goods or services.
- Spam other users or send unsolicited commercial messages through the platform.
- Impersonate another person or business.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Tyche service or its APIs.
- Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable law or regulation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Listings and Transactions
Tyche facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction. All deals, prices, and handovers are negotiated directly between users. Tyche makes no representations about the quality, safety, or legality of any listed item.
Users are solely responsible for verifying the condition of items and the identity of counterparts before completing a transaction.
5. Notifications and Opt-Out
By joining a community or creating a wishlist, you consent to receive match alerts and deal notifications via WhatsApp or push notification. You may opt out at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any WhatsApp message from Tyche.
- Disabling notifications in the Tyche mobile app settings.
- Contacting us at the email address below to request removal.
6. Intellectual Property
The Tyche name, logo, and platform are the property of the company. User-submitted listing content remains yours; by submitting it you grant Tyche a limited license to display it to other users of the platform for the purpose of matching and notification.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tyche is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses from transactions, missed deals, or data errors.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
